Why are SMS messages not sending?
There can be a couple of primary reasons why SMS messages aren’t being delivered:
- Incorrect Phone Number: If a prospect has mistakenly entered their phone number incorrectly, Warmify might be trying to send an SMS to a number that doesn’t exist.
- Unsupported Number: Sometimes, the phone number provided might be a landline, which doesn’t support SMS.
- Opt-out Responses: The recipient might have replied with “STOP” or “Unsubscribe”, which would opt them out of receiving further SMS messages.
If you’ve ensured the correctness of the information and still face issues, it might be a good idea to reach out to the prospect through other means or get in touch with Warmify support.
